UNABLE TO PRINT OUT A SHIPPING LABEL

Hi I am unable to find where I can contact etsy or have someone to call me to fix an issue.

I am a long time seller in Etsy - Love Rocks Vintage

I have a large sale that a buyer puchased 9 of my items.

Didn't realize but when I went to get 2 x shipping labels to ship the items that it charged me for at least 6 labels.  It was almost $700 in shipping labels.

I want to package and ship the purchased items to my Buyer in just 2 packages.  

I need to repurchase 2 new labels because the Insurance Coverage on just 1 package would NOT cover the complete purchased $$.  Since it is going all the way to Australia I do need to add full insurance coverage for paid amounts for protection to me as seller & as to the buyer.   

I did cancel the already purchased labels and it now shows as refund pending, but it is now not allowing me to repurchased 2 correct labels.  It did put the items back to an OPEN ORDER.  But I cannot puchase Shipping Labels, states...

Currently unable to purchase shipping labels.

This is a very large sale and I do not want to loose the sale or disappoint my buyer with delayed/late shipping.

I previoiusly had a buyer somehow cancel a purchase in Etsy.   I do not need to loose this sale!

I also do not want to ship late or disappoint my buyer.

I AM UNABLE TO PURCHASE 2 NEW LABELS NEEDED TO GET THIS PURCHASE SHIPPED TO THE BUYER.

Purchase them via PirateShip, much cheaper if you opt for their “simple export rate”!

And just be patient. It can take a couple of weeks or more to get your refund on the canceled labels.

That does not help me to be able to puchase a new shipping label.  I can't afford to not complete this large purchase. 

It won't let me purchase a new label?   That is what I need help with.

@LoveRocksVintage  as @TBQSC  told you above--purchase your labels on Pirateship.  Then come back to Etsy and mark the orders "complete" and enter the tracking number and your order will then move to "completed".

Does Pirate Ship have Insurance coverage available???

@LoveRocksVintage  Insurance coverage is provided by the carrier no matter where you buy your labels.
