Customers are getting a Blocked Message

Hi, Is anyone else getting clients with a blocked message?  Customers are unable to complete their order.  Can Etsy Staff please look into this?  Thank you

My guess is it looks like you are reselling and you are not handmaking your items nor are they vintage. . Etsy is doing what they can to stop this. Read the help section about what can be sold here. 
so now you will have extra eyes on your shop to see what is going on. You don’t show a real production partner in your listings. Your about section talks about sourcing your NEW ITEMS. 

just a thought. Read the help section. Look on a Google search your items are on Alibaba and other sites.
