UGH! I Gift notes...Not showing up!!!

Help! I have orders to ship.

How do you know the buyer left a gift note?

Because I can see it on the receipt.

When I go to print the message, it is not there. I see others have been having the same problem.

I know you shouldn't have to do this... But could you copy the gift verbiage from the receipt and then print it out on a blank sheet of paper? or if not toooo long, just hand write it?

I just realized... you're probably not seeing the message just that verbiage alerting you that there is one. Oh well...   sorry you're having to deal with this...
