Two Factor Authentication not working.

I have three shops -  I was able to set up two factor authentication on the other two but not on this one.  I am currently using Firefox, but I have tried using Chrome still unable to set up.  I have also cleared my cache and rebooted my computer.

Any help would be appreciated.

I'm having two factor authentication problems too. I want to set it up, but it says my phone number is not valid. It's frustrating not being able to contact an actual human when we have issues like this.
