TurboTax Coupon not working (go from Etsy Finances Tab, not Email)

Hi anyone having the same problem I did!  The only thread I found regarding this was too old to allow replies.

The Etsy email that went out sends you to a TurboTax error page.

Instead, from your Etsy Dashboard go to the Finances Tab: TurboTax for Etsy (last option)

Hope this saves someone a lot of grief.  Good luck!

I did it exactly like that, from the finances tab. Didn't work. It even showed an Etsy logo at the bottom the entire time. I thought for sure it was going to work. No 50% off when I paid at the end. Pretty disappointing.

TurboTax discounts were not honored on non Etsy sites as well.  Have a few ticked off friends that ended up going elsewhere.
