Trying to reopen a shop I had in 2014 but no longer have access to email

So I had a shop in 2014 that I closed (just closed - not suspended or anything bad).  I want to reopen it, so I contacted etsy and they want to know the address that I shipped from and the last support contact subject that I had.  2014 mind you, how on earth am I supposed to know that the subject of a support contact?

I no longer have access to that email account and even if I did emails from 2014 would be long gone.  

I have asked to be asked something else, and they keep giving me robot answers saying that is it, if I can't provide no go.

Has anyone successfully got their store name back after something like this?

Open a new shop with a new email, and name it PreviousName2 or something like that. Etsy probably won't reopen a 10-year dormant shop to prevent fraud. That is what scammers try to do, so it's for your protection
