Hello All,
I had a shipment that has requested a refund. I've been here for years and had done this in the past. However, after entering all of the info and clicking to Review, I am just getting a greyed out screen and nothing happens. Been trying since last night and it still does not update after clicking Review.
Any help much appreciated.
