Trying to do Refund - Etsy redirect error

I am trying to give a partial refund since I sent the wrong color item. I go though the order, start refund, enter the amount and then I get a "stitch has gone awry" page. Is this isolated or something that is happening to everyone?

Shop is on Vacation.  Have nothing to go by, but it's an important feature.  I use it to Partially Refund Shipping Overages.
Hope this is fixed soon for all having difficulty.
