Trying to change my email address

A few months ago I changed my provider and now have a new email address. Have been trying to change it on Etsy since then with no luck, my sales stopped.  Recently I received a message  on my cover screen telling me "Welcome Back Nadia"  huh I NEVER LEFT!!!!  Lost so many possible sales.  Now to change my email I need to use my old one to accept a security code to enter  to prove I am not a scammer which is a good thing but it's coming through to my old address which I no longer have access too.  I'm at my wits end I don't know what to do.

This is a public forum so remove your email address.  

You will need to gain access to the previous address in order to get the code so go through verification with your old account to reactivate it.  

Otherwise get in touch with Etsy to see if it can be fixed.

I have tried to get intouch with Etsy do you know how I go about doing that?

There's a help button at the top of this page. Try and find something that correlates with your problem, changing your email address. Only start one ticket to the help people, if you get a canned reply, keep clicking on I still need more help or something like that on the message until you get a real person.
