Be shop on holiday mode for over a week

I need help!!

After adding additional financial information to finish setting up my shop I am still on holiday mode for around a week now and I can’t get in touch with anyone

As far as I can see there is no additional information required

can someone advise me how I proceed as I am not getting any feedback and I am loosing out in potential sales now   Thanks
