Trouble with paying my Etsy bill through PayPal

For the fourth time I am trying to pay Etsy bill via PayPal and I fail. I get an email from Etsy that the payment failed. Has anyone had a problem like this and how to solve it?

Happens to me every month. I pay for one shop and then have to wait 24 hours before paying the bill for the other. Don't know why.

I'm getting the same problem today.  I recently re-opened this shop and haven't had any sales yet so I'm trying to pay it manually ~ the email says that my account may be restricted over a £3 bill that I can't pay due to an error with Etsy or Paypal, so I'm not happy. Did yours go through in the end @Lupiko?
