So I haven't sold anything before, listed an item which fees were a part of that listing, once time came for me to pay for the fees, neither paypal nor my bank card would be accepted and got a 'IMPORTANT: Your payment failed' email, etsy doesn't have a live chat nor an email to contact.. so how are people able to use the site if the site makes it impossible to fix the issue they have, Etsy to me seems like a broken and badly run site.. are they trying to make sellers look elsewhere?
