Trouble with new Etsy app

Is anyone else having trouble with the new (blue) Etsy app? I can't seem to get it to upload photos for listings at all.

I've tried everything that support suggested except using a computer as I don't have one just now.

I have uninstalled and reinstalled the app, changed passwords, checked all of my updates for software and resized pictures.

Not sure if it's just me or if anyone else's experiencing this issue.

@HalvJattensForge @I’d bypass the app altogether and use Etsy.com through a browser like chrome or safari instead. The app is buggier than an ant farm.

A lot of people seem to be having issues. Have you tried mobile web instead of the app? You can set up listings on there, just not edit your shop front like you can on a computer.

Yes I have, unfortunately I get the same error message there.

That's strange. I occasionally get an error, then try again and it's fine. Could be Etsy having an issue as the site sometimes does. The only other thing to check is the file format is one that is supported ie png, jpeg etc.

I only have the app on my iPhone for the "cha-ching".. it is nice to hear that! I have a browser open on my phone with the full version there. So much easier. Even today half awake I tried to send a message to a customer thru the new app and it would not let me. aggh-- that app is worthless to me (except for that Cha-Ching-lol). I generally put the app in a folder so I don't accidently open it (like today).

Photos upload without issue on the old app. The new app is ridiculous.

After using the old app and finding it perfectly fine, why has this new app been rolled out when you can't upload pictures! So, yes, I am also having this issue. Today I can't access the old app. Another nail in etsys coffin.
