Trouble integrating Royal Mail click and drop

so on royal mail it says my account is connected but on etsy its not there. Ive tried deleting it and reconnecting but still nowt. Im on payment reserve so wanted to use click and drop to ensure tracking is always noted

I use click and drop, not integrated,

I just put the number into etsy, when I mark it as complete,

....however,  the reserve bit uses a royal mail/aftership/etsy link, it can be up to two weeks behind, or never link at all

someone said evri uses aftership...are they an option? someone else told me to write not tracked in the tracking box too

there is no point putting "not tracked" - etsy needs a valid tracking number to check against aftership/royal mail

it needs to be a valid tracking number

whoever told you that, as no idea how reserves work

Don't think you see anything on etsy saying it's connected.

As long as Click and drop says it's integrated and pulls in the new orders, it's working.

thank you, im told royal mail doesnt use aftership like etsy does so thats why it takes longer for them to see your parcels arrived but evri does so im giving that a go
