Support respond to old e-mail? Where to change it?

Hello Friends,

maybe some of you have an answer for me: We write at the moment with the etsy support and the answers coming to and old e-mail adress, used by an old team member of us. He forwards the conversations to us but thats not how it should be.

I can't find this adress in our account and hope that someone has an idea where i could search else?!

Hello you two! In this settings the new e-mail is set. The E-Mails still come to the old one too.
