Tried to verify my bank account but Etsy said it does not match what they have on file.

Hi,

I have tried so many times to verify my shop's bank account, but the Etsy system kept saying "We could not save your bank information: The account number you entered does not match current bank account number you have on file.". I tried using Plaid, adding 0000 in front, and even tried with the routing number but nothing worked(I am USA based). I have reached out to Etsy support five days ago and yesterday but no one has gotten back to me. Please help! My shop is about to be suspended very soon.

 I got an almost immediate generic response at this link, using the "I still need help" button:

if you get any response, make sure you reply to their response ("I still need help" is a valid response). If you don't respond, they may close the ticket without doing anything.  As long as you respond, I have been told, they will not suspend your shop while your help request is in progress.  I hope this is true as I am having same issue.
