I just went to look up a few things in the seller handbook and it’s all in Italian. I have only seen it on Etsy and do not see it in the forums. How have I screwed it up this time? Please remember I’m 73, get confused, and not real good with computers.
I'm seeing it in English. Could you have changed your shop language settings to Italian?
You changed your viewing language
How in the #*@“ did I manage to do that and how do I undo it?
I’m thinking of changing my passwords to I Hate Technology.
Try this-
Go to the seller handbook and then scroll allllll the way to the bottom of the page.
Look on the left and you should see a flag with a country listed, a language and a currency.
See if it is showing a US flag, says United States, English and $ USD. If it does then that isn't the issue.
If it says Italian there anywhere then click to change it back to English and that should fix it.
@WitticismsRus Thank you but that wasn’t it. I don’t remember touching or clicking on anything. My son-in-law gets upset when I have to ask for his help when I do stupid stuff on the computer.
I'm sorry that didn't work. If I was closer I would offer to pop over and see if I could fix it for you. If I think if anything else to try I'll post again. Hope you get it fixed soon.
It’s just so strange. If it was a problem with Google then I would think it would be more widespread and not just visiting an Etsy shop going through Google.
If it was a problem on Etsy’s side then why don’t I see everything in Italian?
Maybe my dearly departed son is messing with me.
