Trackingnummern bei DHL Germany eingegeben und auf FedEx gesetzt

Bei den letzten Bestellungen sind die DHL-Germany auf FedEx geändert worden ist ohne das ich es bemerkt habe und jetzt steht bei einigen der Status VorPakekaufgabe obwohl die Pakete angekommen sind. Ich kann es nicht selbst ändern und es hat meinen Verkäuferstar auf 87% gesunken obwohl es 100% sein müssten. Ich habe alles pünktlich verschickt!

Adding the tracking number usually shows the carrier.  At that time did it show DHL?  If not and it changed to FedEx then it means an error in tracking number.  A tracking number cna be changed only for 3 days.  

Since the carrier was FedEx but was not a FedEx number then Etsy cannot track it with Aftership.

Check the CSV.  If it says not tracked then the tracking number was not recognized.  

You could contact Etsy and ask about it.  IF the system defaulted to FedEx when you imput DHL then a problem?

many German sellers have reported this issue to Etsy but so far nothing changed.

The system jumps to another carrier during marking it shipped.

I have to select the wrong carrier first, then the right one, and then add tracking.

The system seems to need a refreshment for the carrier.

This has been going on for over a year now, you put the correct tracking number in and carrier name, but you need to watch it like a hawk for the following 24hrs because 50% of the time it changes automatically to another carrier, so you have to go into edit tracking and put the original carrier back in its place and then it stays

@TinimakreativDE  - For at least the past couple of months, probably longer, shops in the EU, Australia have had this happen to them. They will enter the correct shipper & tracking number but something happens.
If the "glitch" occurs & changes the shipper then of course the tracking number doesn't match up to the shipper & the package shows as "no tracking" which affects the star program.

You will need to contact Etsy and hopefully they will make the changes for you. In the meantime, shops have taken to reviewing their completed order information after a day or so of entering it. You have 3 days after marking the order complete to edit the information & correct the Etsy glitch.

I have it happen a few times, I now check it daily for at least two days after each order in case it automatically switches and I have to switch it back to what it was in originally

It switches continuously for me too when entering international DHL numbers. 

Etsy knows about it but they keep blaming the carriers. There are 2 work arounds. 

1. When entering the tracking number pick something else first (any other carrier but the one you want) Don’t hit save but switch right back to the one you want, then hit save. This makes it ‚stick‘

2. After entering the tracking number and saving go back to your completed orders and manually switch it to the correct one.

Hallo,

ich habe tatsächlich genau das gleiche Problem. Und ich passe sehr auf beim DHL Nr. eintragen, dass auch "DHL" dort steht!. 

Jetzt ist es schon das 3.Mal in Folge passiert, dass aus DHL einfach FedEx gemacht wurde. Dadurch sinkt natürlich meine sogenannte "Zuverlässigkeit des Versandes" und das, obwohl es überhaupt nicht stimmt! Leider reagiert Etsy da überhaupt nicht. Einmal konnte ich es gerade noch ändern, aber bei 2 x  habe ich es gar nicht bemerkt. Das geht alles still und heimlich. Was kann man dagegen tun? 

In Deutschland versendet fast niemand mit FedEx und es kann ja nicht sein, dass Etsy sich die Freiheit nimmt, den deutschen Verkäufern zu schaden, indem sie einfach die Versandart ändern. Ich freue mich auf Hilfe.

langer Rede kurzer Sinn, ohne alle Threads lesen zu müssen:

Es passiert immer wieder.

Bei mir springt es bei internationalen Verkäufen von DHL Germany zu Deutsche Post um.

Problemlösung........:

1. Zuerst ein falsches Transportunternehmen anclicken, DANN erst auf das richtige, dann erst die Trackingnummer eingeben.

2. Sofort nach dem Absenden in die Bestellung gehen und kontrollieren, ob es noch das richtige Unternehmen ist.

Gegebenfalls korrigieren, speichern.

Korrigieren kann man nur 2-3 Tage mit Sicherheit.

Leider muß man jede Bestellung kontrollieren.
