There have been a ton of threads on problem.
And, depending on the shop, some have seen their Star stats affected; others have had problems with Etsy recognizing that there is a tracking number attached to the completed order.
Until Etsy gets the issue fixed, I think all shops can do is patiently wait. If any buyers contact them, they can check the status on USPS' website & then refer their buyers there.
