When you click on a tracking number in Completed sales, nothing happens, Anyone else seeing this? I wonder if buyers are seeing tracking results. If you paste the number in the USPS site you do see results
You have to click on Delivery Info. Etsy updated the site and things are a little different
I can click on the tracking numbers in the dashboard and it takes me to the Royal mail website. But all the orders during the "dashboard update" are not updating, they are all stuck in pre-transit despite one being delivered today.
I have spoken with Etsy about it, and they can't see any issues. I sent them the screenshots from Royal mail, showing the updates which are not taking place in the dashboard and they manually set one of the orders to delivered after seeing the screenshot from the postal website with proof of delivery.
The other orders which remain in pre-transit, can manually be changed by Etsy, once they show as delivered on the USPS website.

My customers order that shipped out still reads Pre Transit even though the package is on its way and has nearly reached its destination.It should read In Transit once accepted by the post especially if it's already enroute? Pre Transit looks like the order hasn't shipped yet. I get that "we" the seller can see the tracking, but can the buyer ?

Australia post told me a week ago that there was an issues with tracking numbers that begins with the letter L. A few of mine say pre-transit until USPS tracking clicks in. It may be an international issue
