I am finding the same problem with tracking numbers being marked as a demerit against my shipping score. This week I had a woman buy 8 items but in two orders. She was charged twice for shipping so I shipped in one box and reimbursed the overage. I made sure to input the tracking for the package on the second order that didn’t have a label printed. It dropped my score even though it was a manual entry and it shows the tracking on the receipts.
