hi there, I’m new to this wholesaling thing, but I’ve had an issue that I’ve tried reporting numerous times with chat support and I’ve been getting nowhere.
an item was posted through Australia Post and I have a physical Australia Post receipt with the tracking number.
the tracking number is not updating on Etsy so it keeps saying pending and therefore now the only thing that’s affecting my Star celebrating by saying, I have not shipped one item on
however we are now in March and this item was shipped and delivered in December.
I have now contacted Australia Post directly who have confirmed it and have provided me a statement and evidence of the signature that collected the delivery.
however Etsy dashboard is not updating with the tracking status and it keeps saying pending.
has anyone experienced this issue and what can I do to fix it so it doesn’t affect my staff celebrating due to a technical glitch on the website?
