Problem with marketing on Etsy

Hello, I have a huge problem, I paused marketing on etsy, and yet every month I have to pay 20 to 30€ advertising fees, I do not know what to do, I am new, I was forced to pay the fees while I did not disable the advertising pause.

So i m not want to delete my account to make a new one

If you did not pause the ads that’s why

Check your payment account to see what you are being charged for.

If you are running Etsy ads then you will be charged for the clicks. Maybe you didn't turn them off in the right place?

Did you turn on Etsy Plus? That has a monthly subscription of $10 per month.

Do you have an Etsy Pattern website? That will cost $15 per month.
