Tracking number not saved in order

Hi, I entered a tracking number on the order but for some reason it didn't save. This is impacting my star seller rating. Is there a way to input the tracking number once an order is complete and has been delivered?

I think you only have a few days to edit the tracking details, you can check your order and see if you can still update the tracking info, but even if you can I believe it still would impact your star sellers stats as it is past the dispatch date.
