An order I shipped yesterday is untracked, even though it is shipped with tracking and I correctly entered the number. It doesn't show up (even as “no tracked”) and I don't even have the option to edit/re-enter it.
It is a high amount order, but under $250 and I am afraid that in this case if something goes wrong with the delivery, I have no seller protection. How can I solve this?
Are you using the app? Edit tracking should show for at least 3 days. (just checked mine are still there to edit)

no, I did the operation both yesterday and today (the tracking check) from the desktop and all the other orders show tracking correctly
I also just did another check: if I ask to show me orders without tracking, it is not shown, but it has no tracking
If you can't fix it, I would send the customer a message explaining that there is a fault in the tracking and provide them with the tracking directly from the postal website.
Yes, I'll do it. My concern is only related to the fact that for Etsy there is no tracking, in case something goes wrong. I'm not worried about the “star seller” rating since, at least for now, it is the only one with this problem.
I'm hoping it's some kind of “ delay” in the system, because I marked it sent very late last night.

Check if the postal system website has updated, this could also cause a delay on the Etsy tracking page.
