Again my statistics are incorrect for Star Seller, I think it has something to do with my letter post items, Australia Post does not offer tracking numbers on these small items, so as a result I add "Letterpostnottracked" in the tracking when I send these small item orders, and I think this is what is causing my stats to be wrong. Can anyone help with how to enter these so that it doesn't negatively effect my stats??

Any order above AU$15 requires tracking for star seller. Actual tracking, not random words in the tracking box.
In fact entering something that isn't tracking, in the tracking box, can get you permanently removed from Star Seller.

I made my first sale and sent a thank you message to the customer with a shipping tracking info .. But ETSY didn't read it ... The my question is ...
How can I prove that I am sending the tracking? Where should it be inserted?
@ExclusiveIdeas when you mark the order as complete there's a box for a message and box for the tracking number.

Unfortunately I made a mistake in tracking number, while marked it as shipped.
later on - I sent to Buyer correct track, but can't correct it etsy already. So influence on star seller badge.
Is there are any possible to correct it? Buyer of course received their delivery

you can only edit a tracking number up to 3 days after entering it.
