I've just found that I've lost my Star Seller badge due to an Etsy glitch with tracking numbers.
On 5th September I dispatched three orders by DHL, all were dispatched well within the deadline and all had the tracking numbers added. These were three consecutive orders, all dispatched on the same day. On the report I downloaded they ALL show no tracking, and ALL show that they were dispatched late!!
Is there any way to get Etsy to acknowledge the problem and to reinstate my Star Seller rating?

We've double-checked your Star Seller for the previous review period, and it seems that the three orders that affected your On-Time Shipping & Tracking were only marked as complete and didn't have a tracking number. Please know that orders of a certain value will need to have tracking or a shipping label purchased on Etsy for them to count positively toward your Star Seller. For more information about this, you may visit this Help Article.
We also recommend checking the orders that affected your Star Seller. You can download the CSV file by going to your Shop Manager dashboard > Star Seller dashboard page > selecting the On-time shipping & tracking tile > selecting the ‘Export’ link next to ‘Order breakdown’.

I wouldn't worry too much about it as I've been a star seller and I've been a non-star seller and it makes no difference as far as I can tell on any front
Honestly, if Etsy tried to fix all the "glitches" or "near misses", they would get nothing else done. I would prefer that they "work" on the important stuff.
