Tracking and Dispatch

 I thought I was up for a Star Seller badge this month but it appears not.  Could Etsy please explain why they have marked me low on dispatch and Tracking when I ALWAYS dispatch within my delivery times and ALWAYS give a tracking number.

@ChrissiesAttic: Check the applicable CSV file from your Star Seller page to see which order(s) Etsy thinks there is an issue with. In particular make sure that *Had processing time?* = yes, *Ship by* has a date, *Tracking/label date* has a date, and *Shipped on time?* = yes.

 

If the shipper is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order. Often recent shipments are not correctly / timely updated. Our experience is that a day or two after the package has been scanned the CSV file correctly shows tracking and shipment status and Star Seller stats auto update (but not retroactively).

 

"Could Etsy please explain why ..." Even if Etsy Support or the Help Pages sent you here, this is a seller peer to peer forum, and should not be considered a way to contact Etsy, if that is your hope (although Etsy does sometimes read and reply to posts).

Thank you.  Yes, it was suggested to go to this forum.  I wonder where I should actually be going to get this checked out then?
