I recently lost my star seller due to shipping. States I’m missing tracking. Impossible, I have to add tracking to close the order out. Sent out 7 packages 2 days ahead of schedule and lost an additional 3% .
Are you entering the tracking #'s manually? Check to ensure you did not leave out a number, or enter a wrong number, or have an additional space before &/or after the number.
I don't know where you purchase your labels ... if on Etsy or Pirate Ship ... all tracking #'s are added automatically (a nice feature for Star Seller metrics).
@ElegantExpressionLLC: Does the actual order show as at least "in transit"? Has the package been scanned? Sometimes a tracking number cannot be validated until after the first scan is publicly available. What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order?
A order still in "pre transit" usually means that the tracking information AS ENTERED cannot be validated.
If the shipping company is supported by Etsy make sure that the shipped date, tracking number and shipping company show correctly on the actual order. Etsy relies on a third party vendor for tracking (and tracking number validation) and uses the data on the order.
An unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

2, is the shipper correct, and one that links with aftership
3. is the number entered properly, so "0" and "O", no spaces... at front or end either - no hyphens etc
