The tracking codes for orders within my own country (in my case the Netherlands) are not communicated back to Esty once they have been delivered.

Recently I received two orders from my own country (in my case The Netherlands) and there is no feedback to Etsy about their delivery; they remain in the system as untraceable and undelivered, even though they do have a tracking code and have already been delivered.
Of course, I also track all packages myself and I can see that both orders have been delivered. I also contacted the buyer to confirm that everything was OK.
I sincerely hope that this problem will be resolved quickly, because my percentage score for traceable smooth shipping will deteriorate very quickly.

@MoonBuddyMiniatures: What happens if you click on the tracking number link on the actual order? If it opens the tracking page and shows the scan history then you have proof that the tracking information was entered correctly and the shipping company is supported. In that case you should pursue it - while Etsy will not manually adjust Star Seller stats they can, in some cases, fix the underlying data and then the Star Seller stats will auto update (but not retroactively).

Remember that an unsupported shipping company or invalid / unverified tracking number equals shipped without tracking.

There is a bug where not all "PostNL Domestic" and "PostNL International" get updated to Etsy. I use "PostNL International 3S" for both domestic and international orders and it picks up the tracking without problems. It's been happening for way over a year so I doubt it "will be fixed quickly". But give the PostNL International 3S a try, you can also change the tracking for 3 days after shipping. When completing orders you will need to double check if it took the 3S option as it changes it automatically...

These are supported shipping companies, but there has been a glitch for those sending from the Netherlands for several years now.

As Byvanillamintdesigns mentioned, choose PostNL international 3s, then make sure you check the tracking in your dashboard within 24hrs as it has a habit of automatically changing back to PostNL, so go back in and edit to change it back to PostNL international 3s and it should be find (may take up to 5 minutes to update to "in transit")
