Toggle switch to put my Shop on Vacation Mode is not working.

No matter how I swipe and swipe the toggle button to put my Shop on Vacation Mode it won't turn on. Any help would be greatly appreciated.

@ParfaitPlumes Are you using the Etsy Seller app? If so, try do it on a browser either on the mobile device or on a computer.

If you're using a computer, do you have another browser you can try it in? Sometimes things don't work in one browser but will in another, or plug-ins and extensions can block functionality.

I don't use the Etsy App...hate it. I've tried on my phone and tablet so far I'll try the desktop in the morning and see if that works.

Did you scroll to the bottom of the web page and click 'save'?

@ParfaitPlumes   Right - as stated above, don't forget to scroll down to SAVE settings, at the bottom of that Options page.

And don't forget to write an auto-response for messages.  I swear that there was a generic one years ago, but now we need to write something in, or get dinged for not replying in 24 hrs.
