Hello everyone! I'm Agustina, and I run a shop called NorrskenArt, where I sell unique watercolor art prints inspired by beautiful locations around the world.
I’m reaching out because my shop has been put on vacation mode after I updated my Payoneer account to reflect my new location (home country) after living several years abroad. I received a request from Etsy to provide my new verified Payoneer account details, which I submitted. I’ve been actively trying to resolve this issue for over a month and have sent multiple follow-ups, but unfortunately, I haven’t received any further response, and my shop remains inactive.
This situation is affecting my ability to operate my business, which is incredibly disheartening. I love sharing my art with you all and want to continue doing so.
Has anyone else experienced similar issues with account verification? Any advice on how to get a timely resolution would be greatly appreciated!
