Cannot Change Business Registration Number on Etsy/Account Put on Vacation Mode

Hello,

My account has been on vacation mode for almost a month by Etsy.

I have uploaded all pertinent business documentation. It will not let me edit my business entity number because it is greyed out. 

Does anyone know how to help me by any chance?

@GreenForestLady: "It will not let me edit my business entity number because it is greyed out." Presuming that it is not a glitch, perhaps Etsy does not allow editing of that field because they do not allow account transfers.
