Title Issue

I've been selling on Etsy for Years, now they changed the listing format and I can't get past the Title!

 Every time I try to list, I list on multiple platforms and Copy/Paste my listings. All of a sudden Etsy changed the format and I KEEP getting this message!

• You cannot include any of the following characters: $ ^ `

I have tried all the tips for the title, and it still won't take it. I DON'T have any of the following Characters. This is the Title that keeps getting rejected.  3 Vintage Privative Wood Handle Curved Blade Scythe Grass Cutters No Batteries Needed

Any idea why?? Now I have to go back to eBay and OfferUp to try to list and sell items! WHY!!!

Make sure there is no space at the beginning of your title.  Other than that - try removing the word "batteries ".

* you aren't using the mobile Seller app, are you?  That has ridiculous glitches.

Oh - and I don't think you can start a title with a number 3 - try writing the word "three"

Nope, I took the whole batteries part out. Still won't accept it

No, I list with my computer. I'm older and the phone screen is to small for me

Use the duplicate feature and then edit.

I do, but I shouldn't have to. Etsy Admin, WHY??

Still not taking it, changed 3 to Three...WTF??????

The ONLY other way I was able to list was to Completely modify one of my existing listings. What a Time Consuming Pain!

I even corrected the spelling on the word Primitive. Still not accepting the Title!

Delete the title completely and then put an x in place of the title making sure there is no space in front of it.  Save as draft or publish it.  Go back and insert title.  Or go back to old listing format.

I would Love to go back to the old listing format. Is that possible? Do I need to set the Way Back Machine??

Done! I found I could switch to the Old Format! Thanks a Bunch! Time to Make the Listings!!
