Customer tried to order and a time constraints message came up and she was unable to order? I am at a loss of what to do or what this means.
@AseretStudio Were they International? I know that when I look at one of your listings, it says, "Arrives soon! Get it by May 18-23 if you order today". Perhaps that was what they were referring to. If they are International or not an English speaker, that date might have been drawn out, and the translator confused them.
It was probably a "timed out" message from her ISP, and not from Etsy ... have her try again!
Google says this ... "your browser could not establish a connection to the website's server in time. The problem may be your internet connection, website server, browser, or firewall settings. Generally, a browser needs about 30 seconds to reach a website's server."
Probably a server time out message. Tell them to try again.
If you look in the forums, there are several posts about this ongoing issue ... Bad Request Error.
I have had that happen as a buyer. I have no idea why, but came back later and the order went through. Ask her to try again later.
I have been getting "bad request" error pages on and off for the last week or so here.
