Thumbnails not working

I've tried everything—from logging out and back in to refreshing multiple times—but my thumbnails still aren't working properly. Every time, I have to attempt it several times, which is extremely frustrating and time-consuming.

This issue has now been ongoing for two weeks, and despite reporting it before (even last year), it still hasn't been resolved. I reached out to Etsy chat support, but the responses have been generic, simply thanking me for reporting the issue rather than offering an actual solution.

Has anyone else dealt with this? How do I fix it?  Please help

Where is your issue? Are you trying to adjust your thumbs in Etsy editor? I recently tried it as a “time saving”. Normally, I don’t use it but gave it a try..it kept moving it to weird positions. 

So I went back to my old method, using an app ( Keynotes) to make all my adjustments so I can have full control over how things appear.
