Thumbnail not centering

When listing new products the thumbnail is not centering.  It is off center.  Please fix this !!

unfortunately this has been going on a while and etsy support won't reply to any messages i send them on it, after showing them that their workarounds (like cropping) don't really work. going out of my mind.

Ugh, Etsy drives me crazy.  Why can't this just be fixed !

i'm finding that it takes a while for it to kick in, the same as featured listings take a while to change.

you can make the changes, save them, not see them take effect until 10 minutes or so later.

another slo-mo set it & forget it option where we hope the rotisserie chicken is done properly when we come back.

that used to be the case for me, but now it never saves. or it does for about an hour or so and then reverts to off-centre.

I see this is an ongoing complaint. I think time would be better spent adjusting the thumbnail before uploading it to Etsy. It is easier to crop it on a phone or computer rather than relying on Etsy.

cropping it often doesn't work, even in the recommended ratio and with the product centered.
