It takes multiple tries, yes, including posting a listing and then going back into it, to SOMETIMES get the thumbnail properly adjusted.
Why is this acceptable? IT is time consuming and something that the developer should be looking at.
Yes, there are old threads about this issue, but they are closed and no resolution has yet to be offered. Instead of silly tweaks i.e. what the canopy looks like and other similar nonsense, can true functionality issues be looked at and fixed?
