I had a listing that has sold out twice. So I made more and decided to increase the quantity of each variation so it doesn't sale out as quickly. When I went to save the listing, it would not let me renew! No matter what I did. So I closed it and from the listings page, I just ticked the renew box and clicked renew. It renewed it. Then I had to go back into the listing to change the quantity. Has anyone else experienced this?

I hope it isn't another "change" that is going to require two steps instead of one.

The new forum has always been full of glitches and now that Etsy is going to force sellers to use it, it has gotten more so.  Complaints I have heard have been that they can't renew, sections don't show and you have to enter a new section every time, can't save to drafts, can't save at all, can't publish, no place to enter translations, can't upload pictures without freezing and on and on and on.  Now the Etsy has been integrating the old form into the new form, you can't even depend on the old form to work properly.  I suspect the new form is going to require a lot more than two steps to do everything.

Yes, it won't renew for me with changes on the new listing form.

I've been having this issues and been here at the forum for solutions.  I was hopeless when I see the "old listing is retiring" banner but so far the solution for me is to use old listing tools.  I asked via Chat and was told yesterday that Etsy is aware of this problems and working on it.  I was again told to use the old listing tools for now.

Yes, I can renew from the gear sign at the right bottom then edit later (or go to completed order and renew from there then edit.) but still prefer to be able to do everything from listing page...tried everything I could and even with the new laptop (got it with different reason but this means it's not because of my PC is old...).  Updated browser, then reboot, updated shipping details (that's preventing to renew for some sellers), making sure all fields are filled...My side should be fine as I can renew my listing by other way including by old listing tool but only not by the normal way to renew at the listing page...Thank you every one to share each experience and help each other, and let's hope Etsy will fix the problem (or let us know exactly what we should do if it's our problems as obviously for many sellers there is no problem...).
