Third party integration with shipstation

I am receiving a 404 code from ShipStation. I have tried everything from deleting and adding back my shop with them and still get this error. I know that I am using the correct shop name, Craftymacsllc, so I’m not sure what the heck is wrong. It was working fine for over a year and now I have this issue. Can someone please help?
