Is anybody else having the issue where the buyer tries to checkout with their basket but can't? One of the buyers got a message that the quantity is out, I'm not sure what the message was the other two buyers got, they said they were unable to proceed with checkout. I made them all custom listings and that worked. Chat has not been helpful. In one chat I got a link to give to the buyer for support, she used it and got an automatic response that it would take 24-48 hours for Etsy support to get in touch. Not Cool!!! This is the first time I've had this issue three times in a week, so I'm thinking it's an Etsy problem, not a buyer problem, especially since the buyers have bought on Etsy before and one is a return customer who had no issues the first time.
Suggest they use a browser instead of the app.

Payment options are visible and active. Carted 2 items and there was no problem choosing a payment option.
I did see elsewhere someone complained their variation settings regarding quantity and price had spontaneously changed all by themselves. Have you checked your variations?
I haven't but I will.
