They didn't give me my Star seller badge

I met the Standarts but they didn't gave me my Star seller badge! 

I tried to chat with Etsy, but the chat is not working correctly, no answer day after day the same.

I deserve my badge, and I have more significant problems that I need to fix and the chat is not an option for me.

You are missing replying to messages.

You don't have the message badge. We used to be able to go to the last review period and download this information to see what we missed, but that's no longer an option (unless it's moved? maybe someone else knows). Since it covers 3 months, you can still download the current stats (for the badge being issued October 1st) and see if there are any messages within that review period that were missed (like if a message was missed in August, it would affect both the current and prior review periods).
