There's something not quite right in the URL

Hello

I need to translate my shop info and listings into Italian and Spanish, but every time
I click on "Save" on "translate your shop into Italian" I get the following message :

There's something not quite right in the URL. Please check for any errors in the address bar and try again.

I tried both with Mozilla and Firefox, same error.

Please fix this asap, I have been trying to do the translation since Monday!!

My new customer got a error message with Something not quite right with the URL.  What could this be?

Likely not the same issue as six years ago.
