Hi everyone,
"There’s a brief delay in your scheduled deposit
To keep your funds secure and protect our marketplace, we’re reviewing your account due to recent shop changes or activity. This usually takes around 48 hours."
Our store received a notice and we didn't know if we had to file an appeal or wait 48 hours to hear the next steps from Etsy to reopen our store. We did not receive any email for detail from Etsy. Does anyone have the same situation as us? Can you share with us how to handle it?
Thank you all very much!

To me it looks like your shop has been suspended and removed.
Did you make any changes to your ID or bank in recent weeks? Were any cases opened against you?
You can file a appeal once.
As you are based in the United States, you could also try requesting a call back.
How did you receive that message? Did you change your email or bank details recently?
I think you'll have to wait the 48 hours and see what happens.
I saw it in Shop advisor tab and at the top of the dashboard there was a notice of suspension. And I didn't receive any email related. Do you have any solution for me?
No, we did not change any information. But we change the listing type from physical items to digital items. Do you think that is the reason?
@Soulthena no, it won't be because you changed listing type.
There could be lots of reasons for shop suspension; including security issues or policy violations. It could even be a mistake.
Check your email inbox (including spam or junk mail) in case you missed the email from Etsy.
If you are still suspended after waiting 48 hours then try contacting Etsy support directly via the shop manager (Help > Contact us) or see if you can get hold of them via the chat box (icon in shop manager on bottom right).
Hello, have you solved this problem? I just encountered the same problem and don't know how to deal with it. I hope to get your help.
Déjà vu
I swear there was another post just like this one, worded in nearly the same way by shops in the same city.
Are you that other shop? If one was closed for not verifying your ID/Banking then all shops would be suspended/closed. And it's a bit weird to be asking yourself if you have gotten any resolution.
Etsy also does take offense when shops do not disclose other shops and this could also be a reason for suspension.
If I'm off base, I apologize but seriously, the 2 shops and wording style is nearly identical! How crazy is that?!!
Hello, I am another seller. I just encountered the same problem as him and posted to ask for help. Thank you for sharing your experience.
Hey Christine! We received a similar notice but our store is untouched, it just had to do with our deposit, what was the outcome of the issue? We have been on Etsy for over 4 years and had never seen anything like this except when Silicon Valley Bank had an issue and Etsy didn't notify us that was the problem.
Hi, I just got the same issue for no apparent reason. I contacted Etsy support and I was informed to just wait and it will take maximum 48hours! Does anyone have this issue and had it resolved ?
i am having same issue i did not sell even a single item what should i do?
looks like a lot of us are having this issue today Etsy Support was not help for me today, i have to wait for an email they said
i am having same issue i did not sell even a single item what should i do?
I just got the same notification. Do you have any advicee?
We found the bank notification about the system update on the same day that Etsy suspended our store. We sent that information to Etsy to ask them to review and reopen the store, but they still have not respond. We are tired of this platform...
Happened to us also. Nothing changed on our end. It’s $16000 now. We are refunding the orders and directing them to our website.
We have the same trouble, received same message, Have you resolve it ?
Thanks
I just got the same notification. Do you have any advice?
Hey i have had the same issue, they permanently suspended me, i did file an appeal and instantly got an email saying the decision will not be rethinked, idk wjat to do all of my payemnts are also done and no duesss are shown to pay as of now Please help
If you have recently changed your bank details, they will not issue a payment for five days after the change, in case it was a hacker trying to steal your money or something like that.
