Not able to save Changes in 'Info and Appearance'

I've made updates to this page, Info and Appearance, but a message pops up stating, "Your Changes Could Not Be Saved". 

Anyone know a solution or, having the same issue?

What changes are you trying to make? Most changes can/possibly need to be made in Shop Edit mode now.

Info and appearance really only works with the message to buyer now.

Go into shop edit on the shop home page or the shop name on the left hand side of the shop manager.

Did you get this fixed? I’m having the same problem.  I’ve uploaded my receipt banner and I can’t get the page to save so I don’t know if the banner has been uploaded or not.

@PigmentToPaperShop   Use shop edit to upload a banner.  Info & appearance does not work for the banner and for some other information.  It really only works for message to buyer.

@SunandSeaPhotography  No info and appearance no longer works for several things.  It really only works for the messages.  It's better to do edits on the home page.

Thank you!! It finally worked! I was trying to add "Offer gift wrapping" to my shop and I also wrote the description ( which is optional) in the window below the button. I took your advice and "cut" the description text and save only the new setting, and after that I "pasted" the description and it let me save both changes like you said...One change at a time

Have you tried clearing your cache then restarting the browser?
