Before anyone claims I don’t understand the new requirements I do and followed them.
I updated my info and it was verified and the banner says verified and was confirmed by the chat rep twice and 2 call backs.
Now I am stuck at #3 and it shows verified, when I go to upload it again name and birthdate is not correct but my information that was verified and says verified is correct. So, my problem was escalated with a ticket number.
My problem is one of the reps told me it could take up to 10 days, then the other told me to watch my email and mail. In the meantime your store will not receive any money and then put in vacation.
Now I am upset that one of the admins called me and another shop out. And must not have read my complaint. This happens all the time on Etsy. If they even took the time to read it they know already I have contacted Etsy about this. Repeating the law is not the problem. The system not updating is the problem. And taking so long to fix a problem. I have been here since 2010 and have been a star seller every month since the program started.
Amazon handmade contacted me I think the universe is speaking to me.
