The shop only sells digital files and the "Star Seller" wasn't assigned due to shipping at 0%

I only sell digital files advertised and set as digital. I was eligible but didn't get the star seller this month due to the shipping at 0% . Now, I have no shipping information included in any of my items and the shipping panel appeared last week. I'm pretty sure they can do nothing and it's just frustrating.

“but didn’t get the star seller this month”: we will not get the star seller badge the next THREE MONTHS, because the 0% shipping will stay in our accounts!
If this happens again (order changing from digital to physical), I will cancel and refund the order. Because the problem is, our customers don’t get a download link in their account. So if they lose their files, they will not be able to download again from their accounts.
