Hi all! This is my first time posting on this forum. But I don't know what to do anymore. I opened a store, worked day and night, bought a whole house of materials and the store was put on pause! I confirmed the bank account details, managed to send 4 parcels and that's it? I sent all the documents (and took new photos 3 times). Tell me please! Maybe someone else had it too? What else can I do? thanks Daria.
You shop is wrongly set up some how
You are in Turkey, but have etsy payments that shows Paypal, but that can't happen with Turkish shops.
You are probably failing the ID check, because the country you have set your shop up as, does not match with the ID information you are providing.
For example, if you were set up with a USA shop, you would have to provide a USA SSN, or EIN
For Turkish shops, you have to put your VAT number, in the location in finances, but if you have set up as another country that doesn't have VAT, there is nowhere to put it, and if you are set up in a country that does have VAT - your Turkish VAT number won't be valid for that country.
go back and see how you have set your shop up
Did you mail all orders on time and with Etsy labels?
Yes, of course it is)
I would guess that there's an issue with your ID, since you mention sending it in three times.
Thanks for the answer! I just added documents every time that might not be needed (VAT number, certificate of residence, and so on). I don't understand the problem. Maybe it's just checking for so long, I don't know. All day long waiting for news for more than a week, sad(

Hello! Thanks for the answer. I live in Turkey and do not use Pay Pal. I have a VAT number (I sent documents), but the site does not accept it. I write TR and my number. I don't know how to proceed.
Your payment methods show you accept paypal, did you set up properly as a Turkish shop?
Of course in Turkey. Everywhere indicated this country, documents, bank account and so on. I do not know what happened. I set up Etsy Payment, confirmed the account and Etsy Payment fell out of my settings
Please tell me) Is it possible to completely remove the taxpayer number? Can only Etsy do this?
Maybe you should contact chat support so they can put in a ticket for you and review your shop. Dashboard > Community & Help > Contact Us >Selling on Etsy >Manage Listings, if none of those topics apply, go to the bottom and click "I Still Need Help"
Sorry this is off topic but how does one format a post like the OP with a box that one needs to scroll across to read the entire post?
Just curious.
