Our shop is paused from 27th of January. No answer from support except for a phrase "We escalated this issue to our technical team". Many shops have been already activated. And our's is in vacation mode more than 2 weeks. How is this possible? We are loosing money.

This has happened to me too, and it's completely crushing. What a betrayal by Etsy. I sincerely hope they help both of us very soon.
I am in the same boat. It is really hard to swallow. The complete lack of communication is appalling.
Not one person given accurate info. No replies by any email, etc. Two weeks no sales, income, etc.

Yes, I agree nothing....I am supposedly now verified...but, nothing. And my shop is in forever stuck vacation mode.
