It's a scam - don't respond. All orders will show on your dashboard.

If the order is not showing under orders, you do not have an order.

How were you notified of the order? Did you receive a message asking for your email? Bank details? If so, you were targetted by scammers.

Are you sure it is not a scam? Is there any information like address where to sent or .... Is there actually been a payment made? 

Is it actually true that the item was not in store? I am sorry about the last one but my husband ran to me to tell the computer of our daughter was nog working.

It came down to the fact that the plug was not in the socket.

If you still have the item in stock and there is in fact a payment made, why not sent.

This is a scam. Thieves are pretending to be Etsy staff. This scam has been ongoing since at least July 2023. Messages from Etsy will show up in your mailbox titled "From Etsy".

Any actual orders will show up on your dashboard. If the sale is not displayed on your dashboard, you don't have a sale.

Don’t respond or provide any personal or financial information. Don't click any links that take you off the Etsy site. Send the message to spam.

If you have provided any financial information, immediately contact your bank to report fraud on your account!
